Why does the Sanctuary of Grace exist?

The Sanctuary of Grace exists to help you and your family become a people complete and whole in God’s grace. This includes all your relationships with your family, others and yourself. We desire to see God’s grace cover every area of you and your family. We want to equip and resource you in a way that leads to a legacy of flourishing- mind, body, heart and soul.

Meet the Founders

Jackie and Rose, married for 38 years, are the founders of The Sanctuary of Grace, a ministry focused on helping individuals and families experience wholeness through God's grace. Their mission is rooted in the belief that God's love can transform every area of life.

Their love story began nearly 40 years ago, when Jackie boldly declared that Rose would one day be his wife. Today, their family includes three adult children, two bonus children, and six grandchildren. Through numerous challenges—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical—they have strengthened their bond by centering their marriage on God’s grace.

Jackie and Rose view marriage as a divine tool to expand God's kingdom on Earth. Their own journey has transformed from one shaped by selfish desires to one fully surrendered to God's plan. This transformation drives their passion to support other couples in navigating marriage with faith and grace.

Both are graduates of Liberty University—Jackie with a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry, and Rose with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.
